The purpose of the WB funded project was to improve the efficiency of the management and supervision of public assets by defining uniform guidelines and templates for data collection and establishing a centralized state asset record-keeping system in the Kyrgyz Republic. The project was aimed at:
- Establishment of electronic system to enable all government institutions submit their asset reports on line and in electronic form,
- Development of relevant system, user and administration manuals for continuous operation of the system after project withdrawal.
